Meet Ben Elfert

Our Operations Officer, Ben, has been working with Ace Screws since it was first established where he brings a diverse background in multiple areas that has help propel Ace Screws to where they are today. He has 20+ years of leadership experience as an officer in the Navy and has obtained his Masters in Business from Texas A&M Commerce and a Master’s in Strategy and Planning from Air University. 

Ben was a Maintenance Officer in an aviation squadron as well as a Safety Officer on a Nuclear Carrier which provided him with the experience he needs to excel in his role today. During Ben’s free time, he is an Airline Pilot, Certified Flight Instructor, and enjoys a variety of activities such as skiing, hiking, hunting, golf, and biking.

Meet Christopher Szymanski

Chris has held various positions in his career that have given him the ability to bring a unique skill-set  to our team. With years of experience as an Operations Officer, Communications Officer, and an Engineer, Chris has been able to showcase his skills in a strategic manner that drive the success of our company. 

Before starting his journey with Ace Screws, Chris was an assistant professor of Naval Science where he focused on Naval Engineering and Naval Weapon systems. There, he used his ability to translate and synthesize complex topics such as nuclear fission and ship/weapon design into digestible information understood by all. 

Chris is a veteran and a member of the Mechanical Engineering Honor Society, Tau Beta Pi. During his free time, Chris enjoys playing golf, beer brewing, hiking, and wood-work. 

John R. Young

Meet John R. Young

Before becoming the CEO and a metallurgist at Young Metallurgical Consulting, John attended Michigan State University,where he obtained his Masters of Business Administration, while also attending Michigan Technological University, where he recieved a Bachelors in Metallurgical Engineering. With those degrees, John has accumulated over 40+ years of experience in owning and managing commercial heat treat facilities.

The experience John brings to the table is unmatched and has proven to be extremely beneficial to the team while ensuring Ace Screws is offering the best product they can. 

Pete Tremper

Meet Pete Tremper

Pete, has over 40 years of experience in the High-Performance Coatings Division. His experience is supported by his degrees in chemistry including a Bachelors from Virginia Commonwealth of Virginia and a PhD from the University of Virginia. 

Before starting his career with Ace Screws, he was assigned to a team at DuPont to develop their anodic electrocoating products where he spent a considerable amount of time developing anodic e-coat products as well as testing the quality of the products to ensure they meet the industry standards. 

During his free time, Pete enjoys racing his Porsche and is also the Chief Driving Instructor at New Jersey Motorsports in Millville.

Meet Larissa Glorioso

Our Sales Manager, Larissa, has been working with Ace Screws since the first day of operation. Larissa worked with Chris, our President & Owner, for over 5 years before starting at Ace Screws and has been a major asset to our Sales Department. For the past 31 years Larissa has worked at various corporations in an accounting and administrative roles. Larissa holds valuable knowledge she gained from working with law firms, plumbing, and roofing companies. During her free time she really enjoys taking part in activities such as cooking, decorating, and reading! 

Shaun Driesse

Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Meet Shaun Driesse

Shaun, Warehouse and Logistics Manager, brings 4+ years of warehouse management and roofing experience where he managed incoming and outgoing inventory along with performing roof repairs for 2 years. Shaun has contributed to the team in a major way in ensuring all inventory and orders are fulfilled and organized each day. In addition to this, he has a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Monmouth University which has led him to successfully run an e-commerce business selling products that stop and control severe roof leaks. Shaun is a member of the NJMP Drivers Club and enjoys racing cars, dirt biking, hiking, working on cars/trucks, and traveling.

Meet Thomas Russomano

Thomas, our Logistics and Fulfilment Coordinator, brings over 3 years of experience as a fulfillment coordinator. Thomas’s experience has allowed him to bring a unique skill set in areas such as sales and management, that has created success for his department at Ace Screws. During his free time, he has a passion for playing sports such as basketball and baseball. These activities provide Thomas with leadership and teamwork qualities that have been greatly appreciated by his fellow team members.
